Took two runs into Spruce River, the 27th and 28th of June. Up to the Camp 42 Road the going is great, an easy 70k an hour.  Easy 4th gear driving.

Once ya pass the 42 Road it does get 'choppy'.  The stretch from Camp1 to the Scooper Road is gettin to be a pain in the undercarriage.  There are a few cornors with washboard that wants to take control of your truck after the 42 turnoff.  I shifted down to 3rd gear after the 42 Road.

Almost right at the 24K sign there is a culvert with the west end of it open in a small washeout, but it would really jar your vehilce and the end of the pipe would cut your tire.

The first dip after the Mawn Lake Road has a large washout on the east side.  Only one vehicle can get by at a time.  Once past the Mawn Lake Road headed north it is best to slow right down.

Up to the Nonwatin River there are some rough spots that can't be driven around, take care.

The strectch from Mawn Lake to Spruce River is rough like always, I drove the whole distance in 2nd gear.

Take your time and enjoy the drive, the road is in pretty good shape over all.
