Took a run up to Black Sturgeon Lake area on Wednesday, 15 October.
The lower end of the road to North Sucker is a lot of washboard and potholes.. The entry and egress for the North Sucker bridge deserves special attention. If you don't you will be thrown against the side rails.
After Camp 1 there is evidence that a grader has been on the road. I have to admit that the blade actually touched the road at times. However a LOT of washboard and potholes escaped his attention....you have to drive very carefully. This grader operator should pass this effort off as the first of several practice runs....there definitely should be no charge.
The Muskrat and Little Sturge roads are to be driven carefully as they have for the last 10 years...they seem to be holding up not that badly.
