Went to get Christmas tree and took dogs for run at same time.  Weather was iffy even on highway and the road was snow packed.  We saw a pair of timber wolves and the dogs went nuts.  Good thing they were in truck.  By the old gate it was snowing pretty good as the dogs ran around.  From there on the dips and hollows were drifted in pretty deep and by the Camp 1 (Eskanonwatin Lake) turnoff I had to turn around.  The drive out was long, white out conditions until South Sucker.  Then clear and no snow.  The road is in good winter condition with few pot holes and very drivable for the distance we went.  Had to go to TB to buy a tree, there was no hope of getting a good one under the snow conditions.

Best of the season to all
