Took a run up to Spruce River with the dogs on Friday.  The road is very rough for those pulling trailers.  A half ton can swing about and miss most of the pot holes but some are simply unavoidable.  Best to take your time.

 

A few kilometers of the road have been 'graded' .... this grading is only a haphazard brushing of the old surface!

Almost all of the leaves are gone and the ground vegetation is quickly dieing .... you can see a long distance into the bush.
