Here's great maincourse salad that is quick and easy.
Do Kraft Dinner as you normally would except leave out the milk if you use it. I never use milk in Kraft Dinner. Cool the mac & cheese in the fridge.
Boil 6 eggs for 8 minutes, peel and mash with potatoe masher. Put in fridge to cool.
Open a can of Klik ... spam of any kind ... and mash with the same potatoe masher.
Mix all the ingredients, the mac & cheese ... the mashed eggs ... the mashed spam and add mayo to taste. I like to add a medium diced onion. Cool for 1 hour in fridge.
Eats real well with a toasted tomatoe and lettuce sandwich.
