fish fillets,,lemon juice,,,small oysters,,(canned in spring water or oil)dry bread crumbs,,salt and pepperto taste and a dash of poultry seasoning
place fillits on a greased baking sheet,,brush with lemon juice,,sprinkle with salt and pepper,, make a stuffing by draining them (oysters) and rolling them in bread crumbs which have been dusted with salt,,pepper,,and a pinch of poultry seasoning,,,,arrange the stuffing on the fillits sprinkle with lemon juice,,cover the stuffing with another fillit,,,and cover with buttered crumbs bake at 375 until fish is flakeable roughly 1 hour,,depending on the oven,,1/2 pint of oysters will make enough stuffing for 4 servings
