1 cup of crab meat
1 cup of lobster meat
4 large slices of bread crumbled
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
milk to moisten
dash of tobasco sauce
buttereb crumbs to top with
method,,combine crab,,lobster,,crumbled bread(the 4 slices),the butter, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper,,,moisten with milk that has a dash of tobasco sauce stirred into it,this mixture should be rather soft but not runny,,pack loosely into a baking dish or clean crab shell lids,,top with the buttered crumbs, as thick as ya like,,bake in a moderate oven until lightly browned,and very hot,,garnish with lemon slices and sprig or sprinkle of parsley...you can use canned lobster and crab.
