1 pound of Hamburger meat.
salt and pepper to taste
potatoes sliced
onions sliced into rings
 
Mix salt, pepper, hamburger meat, and i also use
cajun seasoning and ceyenne pepper.
 
Layer hamburger in bottom of pan.
Layer onions on top and then
layer the potatoes on top of the onions
 
Put in the oven at 375* for 1 hour
 
I love this its something quick and easy.
