Take
2 lb Velveeta Cheez
1 can Texas Pete Chili (red Label)

Cut cheez in cubes, add chili and texas pete to taste.
Put in microwave for 5 1/2 minutes on high.
Melt and stir.
I use Doritos Spicy or Regular with this depending on how much Texas Pete I add.
This can also be used with Salsa. I've not tried it yet. I like the chili better.
