Title:  See Above
OOC: Here is my third
TBCB: No one

A circus. Food pieces, papers, candy bar wrappers and much more litter the dirt floor as people walk with children holding balloons, they are laughing and smiling, chatting away about the elephant that could stand on its back legs and the flying trapeze artists flying high in the air. There is a lonely light coming from the red and blue striped tent, held up by stakes as people enter and exit from the open flap in the middle. People are yelling at you to come see what is behind their curtains, whispering that you’ll be amazed at what you see that it’ll frighten you down to your feet.

"Don’t go to the tent! Come and see what’s behind my curtain! You…young lady…come you’ll be amazed!"

That’s what many of the men say, as they stand on stools so that they can see over the crowds, shielding their eyes from the bright lights. There is one curtain that has many people gathered around it, what is behind that curtain that seems to draw people? There is a man with a top hat, a whip in his hands, swinging back and forth, leaning into the crowd, yelling his speech that he’s probably rehearsed a thousand times over. The people laugh, some eyes are wide with amazement with something they haven’t seen, some eyes squinting to see what’s behind the curtain. A little girl with bright blonde curls peeks behind her mother, walking away from her, walking away from the people as she approaches the curtain, her little hands touching the dirty curtain as she pushes it back, but cannot see anything as her mother catches her.

"Stay away from there! Never leave my side again…I can lose you!"

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

"Ladies and gentlemen
Boys and girls
Step right up, step right up
Come closer, you won't believe your eyes
Behind this curtain,
Witness something you've never seen before,
Heard before, dreamt before
The most amazing show on earth"

The man yells into the crowd, leaning over them, for some are straining to hear him. He laughs as three men and three women, standing in front of the curtain, swaying to the music that plays from the organ grinder. They raise their hands and sway back and forth, not a care in the world, as the little girl looks on in amazement.

"La la la la la la la
It's the most amazing show on earth
La la la la la la la"

The man laughs as the men and women step off to the side?BR>
"Do you want to be widely entertained?
People to know your name?
Do you crave fame?
Well they say "things aren't always what they seem to be"
Even your greatest fantasies
You won't believe your eyes
Won't even recognise
The wonderment that lies
Behind the shimmer and the lights"

"Mommy!! Let’s go inside!! Let’s go!"

"NO! We cannot go in yet!"

The lights from the circus are shining in her blue eyes, her pupils dilated by the craziness around her. She points at the curtain as it pushes back by the wind, but the wind dies down as quickly as it came; a couple with two young boys stop and look at the man in front of the curtain and look at him in disgust, as he is very dirty. The two boys get pulled away as one of their eyes fall in the little girl, she smiles but the boy’s mother pulls him away. Her eyes get wide as the man, hitting his whip in the air as he pushes the curtain away and some people go in. He shuts the curtain as he sees more people being attracted to it as he speaks again?

"Is it true what they say?
Is it all just fun and games?
Or is there more behind the makeup,
And the faces full of paint?

I ask you, do you want to come and play?
Hahahaha
Get the world to come and play
Hahahaha

So sit back, relax, fasten your seatbelts
It's going to be a bumpy ride to the other side"

"It’s the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen!"

"Those people do look hideous! This is a bumpy ride!"

Two people who stepped inside, smile and laugh as they walk away, the little girl more intrigued than before. She tugs on her mother’s hand, but she ignores her, looking around, trying to find a way to get out! But the little girl slips away and before she can get to the curtain, her mother stops her, yells at her never to leave again.

"But I wanna go inside! Please?!!!"

Before her mother can say anything, a gust of wind blows the curtain away and…BAM!!!

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Five women’s pictures hang on a makeshift wall; golden frames surround them, their faces, except one, are hideously scarred. The little girl walks towards them, unafraid of what has unfolded before her; she reaches her hand up to one, looking at the nameplate and the story that went with it. The first one was a blonde headed woman who was wearing a tiara, one of her eyes hanging from the socket, the other eye sunken in as she smiled, some of her teeth missing as she looked at the picture.

Michelle McCool:

Relied too much on the her past…never looked to the future. She died alone, holding onto the one last shred of self-respect she had left…and then it was gone.

The next picture was of another woman with blonde hair, both eyes sunken in, her teeth still intact as she smiled through hazy eyes. Her head was tilted to the side as if she was in deep concentration as she bit on her lower lip, some blood tricking down her chin.

Blair Mason:

Did a lot of talking, but never amounted to anything. Everyone said it was true, only she refused to believe until the end took her in its grasp and refused to let go.

The red head in the next picture had jagged teeth, some of the tips cutting into her lips, making her lips bleed. She had a crooked smile, small white residue under her left nostril, her teeth stained yellow, she was a hideous specimen as the little girl had to look away, almost sickened to see the scenes before her.

Christy Hemme:

Always feisty, never a dull moment. Was too much of a slut for her own good, cursed herself with a god given gift of stupidity.

The brunette in the next picture’s eyes had been cut out, blood shoot eyes in replacement as if she hadn’t slept for days. She wore a frown, something that would make the Joker stand up and play a game of cat and mouse.

Knerah Byron:

Too pathetic for her own good. Too gullible to think for herself. It’s a shame…she could have been good if only she would have tried.

The last picture was harder to look at, the woman had jet-black hair but that was the only thing you could see of her face. It would make even the most strongest run away in fright screaming, "My god what is that hideous thing?"

Gail Kim:

Never one to back down, her downfall was that she was too egoistical to look around her. Many, perhaps loved by some but in the end the skin surrounding her pealing, hated her and burning away was the only comfort she had.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

"It’s only a circus…this is what might happen to these poor souls. In fact…this is what will happen to Michelle, Blair, Christy, Knerah and Gail if they continue on the path they are going. I am unafraid of them, they cannot touch me, they will not touch me?this is Brooke’s time. Talk all the smack you want, it won’t help you when she get her hands on you…she’ll want you to suffer. And you will suffer, more pain than any person should have to."

"Is it true what they say?
Is it all just fun and games?
Or is there more behind the makeup,
And the faces full of paint?

"There is no truth anymore. There are no fun and games anymore…there is more hiding behind the makeup, its time to come out of hiding. Get what’s coming to you…it’s your destiny as it is mine
