Hi Everyone...
I just wanted to let everyone know that my son and his g/f(Myrna) had their baby today around or after 3:30 p.m. and she weighed in at 3lbs 1.4oz.
Myrna was 7 1/2 months along...her labor started last night at midnight and son took her to the hospital around 5 this morning...
At first the doctors just wanted to stop the labor...and keep Myrna in the hosptial for 4 weeks...
Well the baby had her mind made up that she was going to be born today...she is already like her Daddy...once her mind is made up to do something...it will be done their own way...LOL
She is breathing on her own...Thank the Lord for that...She has tubes hooked up everywhere on her little body...They have already given her caffine to help keep her alert...she also has apena...so they have air pressure going into her lungs so she will have air pressure in her little lungs at all times...she got this from me...LOL
We did get to see her and when she heard her Daddy talking she opened her eyes...her little fingers held on to Daddy's finger...he beamed with so much happiness...and later we heard her crying...she pulled the tube out of her mouth and she didn't like the nurses putting it back...It sounds good to hear our little Angel make sounds...even the crying sounds...LOL
We're so happy about the baby but we all need your love and prayers...
I will get pictures posted soon...she is so tiny...
Her name Pelenope Jade...I think I have the first name spelled wrong...LOL
Also my granddaughter finally got to come back home today...so we are happy about this too...
Maybe I can sleep now...I have had restless nights...sleep sounds so good to me now...
