Happy Hump Day Rebels!! Well, we're half way through the week, I can't believe how fast this week has gone! Maybe it's because I've been so busy at work. I'm kind of proud of myself. I came home from work tonight and got on the treadmill, I walked 3/4 of a mile and jog 1/4 of a mile. For me, that's really good considering I'm a huge couch potatoe. My favorite show is The Biggest Loser, I always felt so guilty, sitting on the couch watching the show. Tonight when the show was on, I hit the treadmill. My goal is to be able to be on the treadmill the full hour the show is on, hopefully at a jog and not just walking.

Rowan, you are in my thoughts and prayers. I know what it's like to be in a dark place and feel crappy, don't let it keep you down to long.

Donna, take care of your daughter right now and don't worry about us. We understand that family is first...hugs
