"American White Trash is better than me? If that were the case, then how come my chump ass beat her? That's a good question don't you think?"
Faith's face faded onto the screen in the form of a smirk.
"Maybe you can explain it to me when we're in the ring together...then again maybe not...because you will be too busy begging for mercy."
Cameras pan out to see Faith sitting inside the empty Sovereign Bank Arena. There was still some time for the show. Faith looked into the empty ring as if she was trying to picture herself there.
"Can't you see it Midnight? I can. You'll have me down. Yes I'm not that dumb to say otherwise. You'll sense you have me and go to the outside before climbing to the top. You'll then come off with the Decapitator but I'll duck out of the way and you'll go crashing to the mat. After scrambling to your feet, I will take you down with the Faithful before locking you in the Unfaithful. And then you will do nothing but scream."
Faith chuckles some.
"And that will bring this game to an end. It shouldn't have never even started. I mean, you walk back into the Domain and demand to be in the ring with me. You don't deserve to be in the ring with me, you haven't earned it, you're just damn lucky I had nothing better offered for tonight. You may have taken you opponents to hell, but I am the one thing that can't be taken there. I am Faith. I am the thing that rises above everything else. Untouchable if you will. And there's not a damn thing you can do to bring me down."
Faith pauses briefly.
"And since you're not afraid of death, I wish you well with it. And while you are rolling around in your grave, wishing you had that chance at glory again, I will take care of American White Trash one more time. She may decide she wants the title again, but just like you she can't have it."
Faith gives a little smirk before standing up. She walks out of the camera view. Cameras then focus on the ring in which tonight's action will take place. Would things turn out the way Faith said? We shall soon see. |
