I just read about this in another group.
If you have a photobucket album (and who doesn't) go check your settings.
Even if your albums are set to private you must unclick the "link back to album" setting on the album settings page otherwise anyone can get into your album by clicking on a tag you have posted.
You will know how many hits you have had there too.
I'd had over a thousand this month and I thought my album was private.
Ok so go to "account options" at the top right of the page you'll see there how many hits you have had...go to "edit my album settings" and uncheck the "image link back to album" box then click save.
How many hits have you had???

I would imagine they can see your personal details like e mail address etc.

Whether you have your photobucket account marked public or private and images link back to album selected or no, your personal account info is safe.
This is in the PhotoBucket Tutorial:

What is the 'Images Link Back To Album' option?

This option allows you to chose what action is taken when viewers of your Photobucket image click on the image when it is linked or 'embedded' offsite (e.g. MySpace, Facebook, eBay, etc.).

With 'Images Link Back to Album' selected, viewers will be taken back to the full-sized image view in your Photobucket album. If your Photobucket account is public or the viewer has a guest password, they will be able to navigate to and view other content in the account. If the Photobucket account is private without a guest password assigned, no other content other than the specific image will be viewable.

With 'Images Link Back to Album' unselected, viewers will be taken to the
Photobucket home page when they click on the linked image (Free accounts only).

This option can be changed in your Account Options by clicking 'edit my album settings' in the Album Settings section. Click the check box to select or unselect the option and then click Save.

Changing the option will only modify the behavior for images linked after the change. Any content linked with the previous setting will have to be re-linked to have the new option in effect for that content.

Images link back to album - If you do not want people to be able to view your Public album through images that are clicked on when embedded off site, leave this option unselected and anyone clicking on your images will go back to the Photobucket homepage. If you leave this option selected, anyone clicking on your embedded images in a Public account will be taken back into your album as normal.

What are Monthly Hits?

This is the total number of times someone has viewed your digital content through direct linking. If you have four images or videos linked from your Photobucket account to a webpage and one visitor views the page that is four 'Hits'. Four visitors to a webpage with only one image direct linked is also four 'Hits'.

Viewing your images directly through your Photobucket account DOES NOT add to the 'Monthly Hits'
