Do you both have Dsb Flux? You can download it from here . Download this in your psp plugin file then you will need to in your paint shop Go to File
Preferences
File locations
Then click on Plugins
Find where you saved it then click okay!!
You have to have your DLL files.
To be placed in Windows/System folder for the plugin to work!!
A zipped copy of msvcrt10.dll
Also need PLUGIN.DLL in the Windows/System for some plugins to work
Okay I dont know if this will help but here goes
Select your magic wand with tolerance about 10 select any area of the tag you want to add glitter
Go to Plugins DSB Flux plugin then Bright Noise about 26% (Mix)
Select none.
Copy Meged
Go to animation shop and paste as new animation
Back to PSP undo to just before your added noise and re add noise about 30
Copy Merged
Go to animation shop and press CTRL AND L together
Back to PSP undo to just before your added noise and re add noise about 34
Copy Merged
Go to animation shop and press CTRL AND L together
View Animation and if happy save!
