IF YOUR FILTERS DON'T WORK-----
There are two files you must have in your Windows System folder for filters and plugins to work. If you don't have them, your filters will not work. You also need to direct PSP to where your plugins are. Here is a link that offers the two files and has directions on how to direct PSP to your filters.
