Kristin or anyone else who has had a c-section: Have you had trouble with that bulge above your scar? It is going down, but I'm not convinced that it will go completely away. Does it just take hard work? Specific exercises? I know about the pilates exercises, but it still strains my incision a bit to do them, so I am bit scared to keep trying just yet. I had my son 3 months ago. Also, I am breastfeeding, so I am nervous to be too strict on a diet. I do try to eat healthy, though. |

My delete, I just remembered how long it took to get rid of it. I had my surgery in June, and started a exercise regiment in late August and it was gone by October. But if it hurts the area of your incision, I would be very careful and ease into it slowly. I also bought some Vitamin E capsules and rubbed the liquid on my incision every morning to help it heal. |
