I'm still on the Joshua train too.    Though hubby now thinks Katee might pull it off.

But... last night was just not good - for any of them.  They all looked so tired. Poor things.

I thought the judges kind of set Courtney up for a "4th place" finish in their comments, but overall were over the top with their praise of all of them.

Two of So You Think You Can Dance's Top 4 fourth-season finalists reportedly collapsed during Saturday rehearsals and were subsequently rushed to nearby Cedars Sinai Hospital, People reported Monday.

"The kids are completely dehydrated -- two of them," So You Think You Can Dance judge Mary Murphy told People.  "I'm sure they're doing a lot of blood work to see if there's anything else."

Stephen "Twitch" Boss, Katee Shean, Courtney Galiano and Joshua Allen comprise So You Think You Can Dance's Top 4, however People reported Fox representatives declined comment and did not release the identities of which two were hospitalized.

The two hospitalized dancers have since been released, a source close to the show told People.

Out of fairness for the finalists, Murphy explained that there were "no more rehearsals" on Saturday after the hospitalization and added "all rehearsals were called off" on Sunday.

"The other two [dancers] could not rehearse as well, and so hopefully everybody is going to be in the same boat," Murphy told People.  "Hopefully everybody will be refreshed by having a full day off."

In addition, Murphy said the Top 4 finalists have been rehearsing 10 to 12 hours a day in anticipation of So You Think You Can Dance's two-night fourth-season finale.

"They want it so bad," Murphy told People.  "So they keep pushing themselves and pushing themselves and not letting anybody know that, 'Hey, I'm running on empty,' and then it catches up on them and then they collapse."

So You Think You Can Dance's final fourth-season performance episode will air Wednesday, August 6 at 8PM ET/PT.  The live two-hour fourth-season finale will then air on Thursday at 8PM ET/PT, with the winner being revealed based on home viewer votes.

It really is a shame that it had to come down to any of them going to the hospital due to exhaustion.

Over on my fave NASCAR board I pimp AI, SYTYCD and DWTS.  A few like AI and DWTS.

I call SYTYCD "The Lil Dance Show That Could".

Entertaining show.  And it was nice to see Mark back and featured so much.  It was fun to see Mary and Nigel both dance too.  :)

Considering that Mary is about 50 and Nigel is 59, I was very impressed.  They finally showed that they do have the chops to be judging (which is probably why they decided to show off their dance talent!).  I had no idea that Nigel tap-danced.  It kind of made me not be so pissed at him for being the occasional bully that he is.  Can't say that I thought Mary was a particularly graceful dancer but she may be a little out of shape and she's getting up there in age!  But, still, a good effort to show that she knows what she's talking about.

I find it so funny that they ask the judges, "What is your favorite dance of the season," when it's so obvious that they are probably just given which dances are going to be featured for the evening, and then those miraculously become their favorites, lol.  Still, I admit, the dances they "chose" were excellent.  I would have picked a few others (such as Mark and Chelsie's Argentinian Tango), but there wouldn't have been time and I suppose they have to include as many of the choreographers as possible (and especially if they want to get them back for next year!!).

I could have done without the Jonas Brothers.  Is it just me or are they only mildly talented?  I've seen them before and I think they're so "eh."  Just cute boys with not much going on musically.

Not sure that I loved the Wade dance -- the bunny costumes were really strange for me.  I was real happy that Shane Sparks choreographed the opening number.  Miss those guys!!

I loved the way Debbie made fun of Lil C.  I never understand a word he says and it became clear to me that neither does anyone else on that panel.

I LOVED seeing many of the dance contestants from past seasons.  That was so much fun!!  I want more more more!

I loved seeing "5 guys named Mo" again but I think the business suits restricted the dancers.  It was better in the original when they had t-shirts on.

It was cool that they gave Katee $50,000.  Nice touch.

Waaaa, now I have to wait another year for my favorite show!  ::: sigh ::::  Maybe I can find the Canadian version on youtube.

Perhaps they DO let the judges pick their favorites, but if so, it has to be done in advance. They are not making their selection on the spot and the dancers are just magically there in costume and ready to go... Lil C's attempt last night to act as though he was choosing his favorite then and there was one of the stupidest things I've ever seen.

Drew -- I would imagine the way it's done is that the judges just make a list of all of their favorite dances of the season and then the producers pick the ones that offer each of the top 10 a chance to dance, as well as a well-rounded offering of dance styles that represent the choreographers who they liked the most (and want back next year!).

Kasper -- That's a real find!  Nigel in his early 20s.  Oy.  There's sooo much I want to say about that video, but I won't.  LOL.

I agere, Diane. The selection certainly isn't made at the judges' table that night!
