| This weekend I have Christmas shopping to do, and whatever else comes up.There is always something that comes up too. Right now i have a little quiet time so I'm heading into AW.Take care Rid and have a nice weekend all! |

Hey all! How's your Friday? Mine's been pretty good. This is going to be a busy weekend. My daughter has a parade and a Christmas concert. And my son is going to see Santa. I want to wrap presents this weekend. It's odd for me but I am done with Christmas except for two presents. That is very odd for me. I am a last minute kind of gal. Of course since we have had to cut way back on Christmas this year and are only buying for the kids and 4 presents for a family Christmas party, it was easy to finish pretty quickly. I did most of my shopping at Walmart and online over Thanksgiving holiday. And if Walmart had had everything I needed then I would've bought it all there. I just need to make one more trip to Walmart and I'll be done. That will be lovely. I need to start getting the Christmas decorations out too. The kids are dying to have the tree up. | Hey Happy Friday Everyone! Jeez Rid, I've got alot of my online shopping done and I am putting our main floor tree up this weekend too. I already put one tree up in the basement(the kids hangout)last weekend. I'm a little late this year with putting up the main floor tree. I spent an hour on the phone this morning trying to get some help with one of our cell phone companies.Is it me or have you ever noticed that when you telephone a company for help the telephone personal cannot speak proper English?I use to work for the Canadian Liver Foundation as a fund-raiser on the telephone and I do know a little about telephone etiquette.It really can be nerve racking to try and explain what services you need when the person on the other end of the phone can't understand what you need and you can't understand what that person is saying,hahahaha!!! It was a comedy of errors.lol! Anywho.....I'm still doing my TGIF dance! Are you all doing yours? |

Abso lutely Dis. No trips anywhere until next week. Squeeky and I bought each others Christmas presents. We each bought a season of the tv show House, and we shared a season. Now we have the first three seasons. I only started watching this show recently. But I am seriously hooked! Squeeky has been watching it for a while. It is such a great show!! I love how this Dr. tries to deliberately annoy people!! He's my hero!! I am going to use several of his tricks on my MIL!!! Should be fun! |

I'd rather have a Fabulously Fun Fantastic Weekend. I went for a walk tonight, not too chilly out at 9:PM. I was in a t-shirt and shorts still. It doesn't get incredibly cold here until later in the season. |

Well... I went to a Christmas Pajama party on Saturday night!!! A co-worker of mine had it and it was a blast!!! I tried this Vodka cooler for the first time that i really enjoyed... It was called Pomtini!!! i loved the pomegranite flavor!!!! I really liked it... Usually i find coolers too sweet but this one was just right!!! I know i haven't been around much lately... Sorry for that... My moods have been up and down and all over the map lately... One thing i did enjoy was My Daughter brought me to see the movie "Twilight"... She had been trying to get me to read the books way before the movie came out... But i said i would just wait for the movie... Well as soon as i saw the movie... I had to read the books!!! It was like crack for readers!!! I couldn't put them down!!! I read books 2,3 & 4 in 2 weeks time!!! |

Good to see you Ariel. The Pajama party sounds like fun. I'm sorry your moods have been up and down. I know the feeling. I have been riding the up and down the emotional roller coaster myself lately. Just come in when you can. We'll be here and we'll be happy you did!!!!! |

Squeeky and I went to a Christmas party tonight. Squeeky's sister, "Bigbird" works in a dental office that is affiliated with the local clinic. So, all the employess from the clinics and ambulances all met at the bowling alley. We shared a pitcher of Strawberry Margeritas (sp?), and cheered on the bowlers. Bigbird and her husband Tony, did ok. |

Mmmmmmmm Margaritas!I don't think I've ever tried strawberry!I didn't do too much yesterday. Thursday I slipped on the stairs and sprained my foot. I thought I broke it at first. So I toughed it out and yesterday it was a little better. Today I was able to do most of everything I had to do. Trying to catch up so I don't get behind. |
