The scene opened in the backstage area and as it does we see WGEF Co-Owner Trish Stratus Copes leaning against the wall staring straight ahead at one of the company’s many television monitors that were hanging from the ceiling of the Stan Sheriff Center. The camera zooms in on the screen seeing that the Scaffold Match between Derek Manning and the Television Champion Randy Orton. The camera pulls to see Trish still braced against the wall with her eyes glued on the screen. As if she was studying something. Neither of them had bothered her in anyway, which raised the question as to why she was so interested. It seemed that we would soon be finding out. Derek Manning had hit the MIA on Randy and was now pulling him off the scaffold before tossing him down on the canvas. As “Remember The Name�?by Fort Minor blasted throughout the arena Trish pushed herself off the wall. She adjusted her Intercontinental Title on her shoulder as she took her eyes off the screen and made her way down the hall. After a few moments she arrived at the Gorilla Position. “Remember The Name�?was still playing just as loudly as it was moments earlier. The sound of footsteps could be heard hitting the concrete floor, getting louder with each step. Finally Derek Manning appeared at the end of the tented structure still dripping with sweat from the match he had just had. Trish reached into the storage cart that was positioned against the wall, pulling out a clean towel and tossing it to Derek. He quickly wiped the towel across his face catching the drops of sweat before they fell. He then draped the towel across the back of his neck before giving Trish a curious expression. %Derek Manning% Ummm, thanks I guess. %Trish Stratus Copes% You’re welcome. %Derek Manning% I know enough about you to know that you’re not just being generous.
