Luck or Fate, however you want to look at it Serenity and Jenna definitely had it. Okay, maybe it was more luck than anything else but it still felt like it was more. Of course there are some that would simply dismiss the thought as nothing more than cheap entertainment simply because neither Lita nor Shantel was all the experienced. In that respect Serenity wasn’t all that experienced herself. Not by her own choosing of course but because of a lack of competition. We’ll save that for another time and stick to the topic at hand. Read on and enjoy. After spending some time in the arena’s training room Serenity headed back to her locker room. As she made her way down the hall she came upon the management offices. Deciding to stop for her own amusement she stopped at the Smackdown! Office. She scanned the card from top to bottom not finding her name in any match. She moved on to the Raw card There it was in the third match, her and Jenna teaming up against Lita and Shantel. Serenity couldn’t help but laugh. She didn’t know all that much about Shantel, in fact she doesn’t remember seeing that much of her in the past. Perhaps she was new. That would certainly explain a few things. Then there was Lita, the self proclaimed dangerous red head. As Serenity continued to laugh at Lita and Shantel’s expense she heard a familiar voice call her name. Turning around she saw Jenna walking up to her with a smile on her face. Jenna McMahon: I see you’ve seen the Raw card and seen what we got as opponents. Serenity Chambers: Don’t you mean as the lack of opponents? Seriously Jenna I know you and I haven’t worked together in quite awhile but trust me once we step into that ring Tuesday night we’ll be right back into the swing of things beating those two worthless tramps right back into the unemployment line. Jenna McMahon: You know you sounded like Lita right there? Serenity Chambers: Insult me why don’t ya? Jenna McMahon: Just pointing out the obvious. Serenity Chambers: Yes well you could’ve kept it to yourself. It’s bad enough that I have to be around her and actually take the chance at having her put her hands all over me. (Serenity shudders) Just the thought alone is making my skin crawl. Lord knows what diseases she has. Jenna McMahon: Ask Edge I bet he can tell ya. Serenity Chambers: Oh I bet he can. After all he was dumb enough to date her not once but twice. Isn’t saying to much about him. Anyway I want this match to go as quickly as possible. You know me, I like making people suffer as long as I can but when it comes those two I’d rather go in there do what I have to do and get out. Jenna McMahon: A phrase I’m sure many men have said before. Serenity Chambers: No doubt about that but that’s beside the point. Is it just me or don’t you know anything about Shantel either? Jenna McMahon: Not much to say about her really, all I can tell you is she’s dating Chris Orton. Serenity Chambers: Now there’s an accomplishment there. Has the girl actually done anything other than get into Chris Orton’s pants? Jenna thinks for a moment before answering. Jenna McMahon: Not that I can think of. She’s had a match or two since she’s been here and actually managed to win some but it wasn’t against anyone important. Serenity Chambers: Now why doesn’t that surprise me one bit? If you ask me she sounds like another Lita. All talk and no action. This is going to make for an easy and boring night for us. Jenna McMahon: Yes well we still have to work out some sort of plan going into this cause if we don’t Shantel and Lita are going to walk into there actually on form for once and take us out easy. Serenity Chambers: (Iaughing) You worry to much you know that? Look at who we’re facing. A group of kindergarteners could come in here and defeat those two easy as pie. Shantel’s just a wannabe plain and simple and Lita…well let’s just say that her time has passed. The only thing is she just can’t seem to bring herself to admit it. It’s a shame really but hey you get that sometimes. Jenna McMahon: I guess we’re just going to have speed things along for her a little bit. Serenity Chambers: Now you’re thinking. Course it’s not going to be easy, She still thinks she’s some big threat to everyone and that she actually scares people. What she doesn’t know is that everyone and I do mean everyone is laughing at her behind her back. Jenna McMahon: Joke or not she’s still got some moves that we need to be ready for. Serenity Chambers: Ah yes her hurricanrana. Not really anything to worry about. All we have to do is keep her on the mat and we’ve stopped her from setting that up. Now Shantel may take some more work. After all we don’t really know what to expect from her. Jenna McMahon: Well I don’t think she’ll be much of a problem. She hasn’t been seen around the arena since her and Lita teamed up. Serenity Chambers: Now that’s interesting. Looks like Miss Lita might have to go into this match alone. She really must learn to pick better people to team with. Looks like this match just got easier for us. Jenna McMahon: Yes well we can’t get to cocky about this. That’s how teams crash and burn. They get into their head that they’ve already have the match won and when they get there the other team totally demolishes them. Serenity Chambers: That’s them and this is us. We know we’ve got what it takes to defeat Shantel and Lita and when Tuesday rolls around we’re going to go out there and prove it. Listen I’ve got some training to do so I’m going to catch you later, okay? Jenna McMahon: Alright see ya then. The two say their goodbyes. Serenity heads down the hall to her locker room as the scene fades to black. |
