OOC: Thanks for the layout Jon...I love it!!!!

The scene opened in Charlotte, North Carolina where WGEF Raw was scheduled to air lives the next night. Trish had arrived early to take part in an interview with a local radio station, which she was not looking forward to. Trish leaned back against the seat letting out an agitated sigh as she gazed out the window as her limo headed towards the radio station. About a half an hour later Trish’s limo reached the radio station and pulled into the parking lot As it did the large crowd that had gathered outside crammed around the windows trying to see who was inside. Trish rolled her eyes muttering something under her breath as they pressed against the glass. The limo crept through the crowd making its way through the large lot coming to a stop in front of a set of black steel doors. As the engine died the left front door opened and a chunky middle aged man dressed in a plain black suit with a white dress shirt stepped out. He walked around to the rear door, grabbing the handle and pulling it open. He holds his hand out and a hand slinked out from the inside resting on the driver’s hand. The individual slides out rising to a standing position. As the camera slowly pans upward we see that’s WGEF Co-Owner Trish Stratus Jericho. Trish thanks him for his help then makes her way up to the building. When she reaches the building she gives the security guard her name. He checks his clipboard scanning it up and down, eventually finding her name towards the bottom. He hands Trish a pass and motions for her to go inside.    As she steps inside the building she sees a small square reception desk a short ways down the hall. She pauses long enough to adjust her purse on her shoulder before heading towards it.  When she reaches the desk she sees the receptionist is on the phone, she leans across the desk trying her best to be patient for her to finish the call. A few moments pass and the receptionist finishes her call. She places the receiver back on the hook before looking at Trish with an annoyed look on her face.

Receptionist: (in a cocky tone) Is there something I can help you with?

Trish Stratus Jericho: First of all lose the attitude sweetie, I deal with that shit all day and I don’t need to put up with it from you. Now I’m here to do a radio interview with one of your d.j?s Russ Ryder.

Receptionist: Your name please.

Trish Stratus Jericho: My name is Trish Stratus Jericho.

The receptionist turned her attention away from Trish grabbing a clipboard from on top of her desk. She lays it down in front of her scrolling down the list of names on the piece of paper attached to it. As she continues to scroll up and down the list of names Trish starts tapping her nails on the desk in an irritated fashion. Finally the receptionist finds her name towards the bottom of the list and lays the clipboard back down on the desk.

Receptionist: Okay, you go down the hallway behind me till you reach the end. There you will find a hallway running horizontally, turn right and go about halfway down. That will be the studio Aaron will be broadcasting from. Just tap on the window and he’ll motion for you to come in when he’s ready.

Trish flashes her usual smart ass grin before pushing her small frame off the desk.

Trish Stratus Jericho: See that wasn’t so hard was it? I guess finding good help isn’t just a problem in the wrestling business.

Before the receptionist could respond Trish walks past the reception desk making her way down the lengthy hallway following the directions the receptionist had gave her. A few moments later she reached the studio. Sitting in a typical desk chair was a relatively young man somewhat on the short side talking into a microphone. Doing as she was instructed Trish tapped on the window. He looked up at the window seeing that Trish standing outside. He moved over to his switchboard and pressed play. As the song continued to play he motioned for Trish to come inside. She grabbed the knob on the door twisting it slightly to the right and gently shoving the door inward. Once he inside he motioned for her to have a seat in the chair he had pulled beside him. Trish nodded in acceptance as she made her way across the rather small room. Taking a seat in the chair next to him she got herself comfortable. He offered her a polite smile as he introduced himself.

Russ Ryder: I don’t know how familiar you are with this but it’s real simple. I’ll ask you the questions just like you were getting a normal interview and all you have to do is speak directly into the mic in front of you. Basically the same as what you’re used just no TV cameras to deal with.

Trish Stratus Jericho: Actually this is my second time in the studio.

Russ Ryder: Awesome. Okay as soon as this song is finished playing we’ll get started…alright?

Trish Stratus Jericho: Sounds great.

Trish leaned back in her chair listening to the song that was currently playing. She didn’t care for it but pretended to be enjoying herself. She hummed along to it quietly to herself twisting around in her seat. Finally the song was reaching the end and Aaron was at the controls ready to start the interview. Trish turned her chair back around facing Aaron as he flipped the switch turning his mic back on.

Russ Ryder: That was ?This is why I’m Hot?from up and coming sensation Mimz. Now joining us in the studio is Trish Stratus Jericho, Co-Owner of the World’s Greatest E-Federation and also Raw General Manager. Welcome Trish.
Trish Stratus Jericho: Thanks Russ. Aaron.
Russ Ryder: Okay, I see on this card I have in front of me that you are involved in a mixed tag match this week on your show Raw. Is that right?

Trish Stratus Jericho: That’s right.  I’m going to be teaming with one of our biggest rising stars, Michael Harris to take on both David Steel and Chris Michaels.

Russ Ryder: I know you’ve competed against a few men in your career, one of them being Chris Michaels, do you feel an added pressure on yourself to perform at a higher level?

Trish Stratus Jericho: Absolutely not. I know I’m the only woman in this match but in no way do I feel like I have to up my game in any way to compete. You mentioned my match with Chris Michaels. I can’t stand the man but I’ll give the devil his due, he’s the best superstar we have and yet I managed to take him to a draw. That right there ought to prove that I don’t need to up my game to compete with a man.

Russ Ryder: Very true indeed.

Trish resituates herself in the chair, tucking a stray section of hair behind her ear.

Russ Ryder: You’ve got quite a history with Chris Michaels before and even after your match with him, will you be focusing on defeating him more than David Steel?

Trish Stratus Jericho: Well that depends on who puts on the better showing. Don’t get me wrong Russ, both are top stars in this company but whichever one proves to be the biggest threat is going to be the one that I set my sights on. Right now neither one has made any attempt at showing that they give a crap about this match, so as it stands right now neither one is posing a challenge.

Russ Ryder: Help me understand how this came about. This all stated as a rivalry between David Steel and your tag partner Michael Harris over the Undisputed Title, which David no longer has. Correct?

Trish Stratus Jericho: Correct. What it was is that Michael wanted a shot at the Undisputed Title and David was, well putting him so to speak. So Michael took the opportunity to secure himself a shot by challenging David to a match where if he doesn’t win he don’t get a shot at the title while David holds the title.

Russ Ryder: Now that David is no longer the Undisputed Champion, why still go through with the match?

Trish Stratus Jericho: For fun of course. Ever since David has hooked up with Kat he’s been running his mouth about how great he is and it’s high time he be showed that he’s nothing more than a flash in the pan whose sole purpose in this company was to hold the title till someone better came up through the ranks to claim it.

Russ looks down at his paper reading the next note he had jotted down before looking back up at Trish.

Russ Ryder: Rumor has it that you and David used to be friends.

Trish Stratus Jericho: That’s correct.

Russ Ryder: Well I hear that earlier this week David had an interview with one of your interviewers, Maria, and he said that maybe because of the way things have gone you have taken different roads which could explain why you aren’t on the best terms anymore.

Trish Stratus Jericho: Is that what he said? Russ David always been a little on the slow side. Come on the guy hooks up with the second biggest pain in my ass and joins in with her snide little comments about me and can’t see why I’m no longer friends with him.

Russ Ryder: He also added that he wasn’t sure if your old friendship would have any affect on this match or its outcome. What is your reply to that?

Trish snickers as she leans back in her chair pretending to ponder the question. A few moments pass and she pulls herself forward lacing her fingers between her knees.

Trish Stratus Jericho: David lives in a dream world, that’s all I got to say. Whatever friendship David and I had in the past ended the very second he started running his mouth. I no longer see him as a friend but more like a sore that won’t heal. I know where he’s going with this though. He’s thinking that because we used to be friends at one point that I’ll take it easy on him so he can actually win this match and actually feel good about himself again.

Russ Ryder: Well getting someone like Chris Michaels as a tag team partner is certainly a good start.

Trish Stratus Jericho: That’s just it Russ. David has to go out and get someone who is better than him in every way to team with so he can get in the win. Why do you think he sought out Chris Michaels in the first place? It wasn’t so they could be buddy buddy or anything. No he was looking to advance his career on someone else’s name and for some unknown reason Chris went along with it. Call me crazy but I just thought Chris was smarter than that.

Russ Ryder: Let’s talking about you teaming up with Michael Harris for a minute if that’s okay.

Trish Stratus Jericho: Alright.

Russ Ryder: Shortly after Michael’s debut, you’ve been talking to him on several occasions. Can you tell us the nature of your relationship?

Trish’s eyes widen at the question, she hadn’t expected him to ask her such a question.

Trish Stratus Jericho: We’re friends. I like to associate myself with talented people and Michael definitely fits the bill. The guy’s proven himself time after time just how determined he is to become the Undisputed Champion.

Russ Ryder: I understand that you suggested this match and offered your services to Michael as a partner, can you tell us why?

Trish Stratus Jericho: I see the great talent he has and I want to be there first hand to see the destruction of David Steel and of course Chris Michaels.

Russ Ryder: Getting back to Chris Michaels, earlier he did an interview with another one of your interviews (looks down at his notes) a Todd Grisham, where he said that he’s looking forward to seeing the look on your face when he proves he’s better than you. What do you have to say to that?

Trish rolls her eyes.

Trish Stratus Jericho: Let him look forward to it all he wants to because he isn’t going to see it. Even if he does manage to defeat Michael and I tomorrow night he’s never going to prove that he’s better than me. It’s just a dream he’s going to have to live without seeing become reality.

Russ Ryder: Neither you and Michael or Chris and David are a regular tag team. With not working together in the past do you think you and Michael will be able to work together and what do you think your chances are of coming off with the victory?

Trish smirks.

Trish Stratus Jericho: Michael and I are going to win naturally. Like I would say otherwise. Look at this match and the participants. Chris and David are only together because their women are friends, David screws up and his ass is toast. Whereas Michael and I have a mutual respect. As for our chances of coming off with the victory, that will speak for itself tomorrow night.

Russ Ryder: Are you at all worried about could possibly happen to you once you step into the ring tomorrow night when that bell rings and Chris Michaels is gunning for you?

Trish Stratus Jericho: I’m never worried when it comes to a match. Chris can gun at me all he wants to, hell even David can gun at me all he wants to it and it still won’t worry me one bit. I can handle myself quite awhile regardless what they throw at me.

Russ Ryder: Well Trish that’s all the time we have, we enjoyed having you here.
Trish Stratus Jericho: The pleasure was all mine.
Russ then reaches over to his switchboard pressing a button directly in front of him and as a song continued to play through his headset he takes it off his head laying it down on the desk in front of him then turned around towards Trish.
Russ Ryder: I really appreciate you coming on the show Trish.
Trish Stratus Jericho: The pleasure was all mine.
Trish pulled herself up from her seat to standing position as Aaron got to his feet as well. He held his hand out for her to shake. She shook his hand briefly before making her way towards the door. Pulling the door towards her she stepped out into the hallway heading back out to her limo as the scene ended.
