Pizza Slice-
1 pkt jatz bisc
 2 small capsicums
1/4 cup tomato paste
4 slices salami
1 large onion
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup grated cheese
Combine all, except cheese and tomato paste,
which is spread on top .

Chilli Wedges Homestyle  
1 pkge watties frozen potato wedges;
cook potato wedges as directed  in oven.
[1 cup sour cream.
[1 cup of Trident chilli sauce with ginger.  
mix the two together while cooking wedges .
then when wedges are ready pour mixture
over wedges and serve, or put in  separate
bowl and use as a dip..  good at parties.

Cheesy Chili Fries
1 pkg. (32 oz.) frozen French fried potatoes 
1 can (15 oz.) chili, heated as directed on label 
1 cup  Cheese Dip 
Heat French fries as directed on package. 
Arrange fries on large serving platter; top with chili. 
MICROWAVE cheese dip  as directed on label;
pour over fries. .

Sausage snackers 
1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen LOUIS RICH Turkey Sausage,
thawed ;
1 cup buttermilk baking mix  ;
1 cup (4 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese; 
MIX all ingredients; roll into 1-inch balls. 
PLACE in shallow baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. 
Makes: 40 appetizers .

Sausage Cheese Balls
3 cups all-purpose baking mix 
4 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese 
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen turkey sausage, thawed 
1/2 cup milk 
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients in large
bowl until well blended. Form mixture into 1-inch balls. 
PLACE on lightly greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. 
BAKE 23 to 25 minutes or until browned and cooked
through. Serve warm.

A great theme for a party
 
Worm Cakes
Original recipe yield: 24 cupcakes.
Servings:24
INGREDIENTS:
1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
3 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1 (16 ounce) package prepared chocolate frosting
1 (16 ounce) package gummi worms
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
Pour batter into cupcake pans and bake as directed
on cake mix box. Let cupcakes cool thoroughly before frosting.
Spread cupcakes lightly with chocolate icing.
Sprinkle cookie crumbs on top.
Cut gummi worms in half (as many as you like).
Put icing onto cut end of the worms and stick
to the top of cupcakes. You can use as few or
as many as will fit on each cupcake.
Let icing set for 10 minutes and then enjoy.

nice for the kids to have cupakes as a dessert!!!!

Fruit Specials 
 
Apple go round
Ingredients :
4 x Apple (firm)
1 cup Orange juice
4 tsp Lemon juice
4 tbl Raisins
4 tbl Celery
8 tbl Applesauce
4 x Lettuce leaf (optional)
Method :
Slice off top of apple; remove core.
Prick outside with sharp fork. Place apple in tall
narrow bowl.
Combine orange and lemon juice; pour over apple.
(Add extra water if apple is not covered.)
Marinate in refrigerator 4-5 hours. Combine raisins,
celery, and applesauce. Allow to mellow at room
temperature 2 hours. Chill thoroughly. Drain apple.
Cut apple into 8 sections, slicing almost to the bottom.
Fill with applesauce mixture. Place on crisp lettuce leaf.

Orange Juice Frostie Sticks
1 cup orange
1 cup cranberry juice or apple juice
Combine juices, pour mixture into four paper cups.
Cover with foil. Insert a popsicle stick in each; freeze.
Makes 4 frostie sticks.
 
Fruit Kabobs
1 tangerine
1 apple
1 banana
small cluster of grapes
Divide tangerine in sections.  Slice apple and banana. 
Remove grapes from stem.  Arrange fruit on 4 wooden
sticks.  Makes 4 kabobs.
 
Orange Whirls
Just blend one scoop of vanilla ice cream
or frozen yogurt for every 2 ounces of pure
Florida orange juice.
CHOCOLATE TREATS - The kids love these!
Cut the bananas into 3 inch pieces.
Place a ice block stick up each end of a banana piece.
Dip each banana piece into melted chocolate.
Place on a oven tray covered with grease-proof paper.
Freeze.
Once frozen wrap separately place in sealed plastic bag
so they don't dry out in freezer These never last long!
