METHOD
Using a sewing needle, poke a small hole in the
wide bottom of each egg. This minimizes cracking.
Fill a large pot with cold water, the red onion skins
that you've collected, and a splash of white vinegar.
Place eggs in pot just as you would if you were
making plain hard boiled eggs.
Bring water to a boil and let eggs boil for
about five minutes.
Remove eggs from pot and let cool.
Decorate as you will.
