Tomates en Salade a la Creme:[Tomatoes in Cream]

Required amount of Tomatoes.

Fresh Cream

Tarragon/Sweet Basil.

First ,skin tomatoes by plunging in boiling water.arrange attractively in shallow dish.Make a

dressing of thick fresh cream to which you add a little salt & the chopped herbs.

Served really great with hot or cold chicken..Very nice when chilled.
