1lb new Potatoes
1/2 pint Milk
Salt & Pepper
!/4 pint Cream
6 tbsps. Grated Gruyere Cheese
2tbsps Parmesan [grated] Cheese.
Peel potatoes,slice thinly.steep in cold water for 5 mins.Drain & place in heat proof dish.
Add milk ,season to taste -cook for 20 mins-till1/2 cooked.Transfer to a buttered baking
dish add cream,sprinkle over with grated cheeses and bake in slow oven till potato tops
are cooked thru & golden.Cover with foil if it starts to brown too quickly.
