Sunday Brunch
*sliced julienne leek. [1]
*sliced carrot [2]
*Assorted baked root veges :about 3 veges cut in wedges.
*Onion 1 .. baked with root veges.-halved
Bake at 350oF on fan bake till done , turning once or twice .
Put aside. [these can be done night before ]
Take
Pasta.approx -1cup.
Can of tomatoes- sliced.
sliced spring onions [scalllions] green tops -1/2 cup.
Cook up pasta , add tomatoes , and tops of green onions.
mix well and add your cooked baked veges making sure the tomatoes
cover everything . then add your carrot and leeks . reheat in microwave
mix well then serve .
* baked in oven .
delicious ! especially warmed for lunch then leftovers for tea. [if any]
