Fruit Fiesta Conserve:
250g dried Apricots. 250g Dried Apples.
250g dried Peaches . 125g Dried Figs.
125g Glace pineapples. 3 litres Water.
125g Glace cherries. 2kg Sugar,warmed.
Lemons[juice=6tbsps]. 3tbsps.Orange flavor Liquer.
Roughly chop fruits,cover with water,stand overnite.
Transfer fruits to large heavy pan and bring to boil.
Add warmed sugar,stir till dissolved.Reduce heat
-simmer30 mins..Add lemon juice,simmer till conserve
gels when tested.
Remove from heat add liquer and stir well.
Leave 30 mins.,stir again,spoon in warm jars,seal
Cool ,label & date.
