recipe hunted for and made then by me ...
donated of course to SogoodSanitarium.co.nz

ANNIES  MAYONNAISE .
4 capfuls  'Basics' Cider Vinegar .
4 tsps Sugar [Ordinary white ].
1 pinch Tarragon . leave to dissolve and shake .
then add into  large bowl
1 tsp Cerebos salt .
a good squeeze of 1/2 Lemon to get juice [no pips allowed.]
1 tsp. dry Colmans Mustard .
1 tsp. Prepared Dijon Mustard .[full grained.]
2 tsp. Paprika .
1/2 litre Sogood Sanitarium Soy Lite Milk .
add the two mixes  together ,then add salad oil .
while you beat well till it thickens .
When it starts to thicken ,taste as well  to get the
taste that you like .It may need more salad oil
than necessary but as all ingredients are different
and temperature also . you may need to watch how
much oil you need.
When done put in sealed container and put in fridge .
I used a 700 ml old mayonnaise jar so I know how much
it holds. Also a good way to recycle your old jars .

I searched for this recipe but none were to be found
except 2 little ones only 1/2 cupful.that's all .
So I racked my brains until they had nothing left
and came up with this soymilk mayonaise recipe .

So now I have this recipe too
and of course not being greedy
I would like to share with you .

Also I donated my time and effort
to find out what I actually put in
and didn't take out.

So taking my time over this jar
I remembered  how I did it
and the recipe is now above .
for you all to enjoy.

love Annie
