Forgive me bhoys, you knew it was coming.

Will Celtic ever win away from home in the Champions League ? I agree with Charlie Ridiculous, in fact I was thinking it during the first half - that is the worst team I've ever seen play in the Champions League.

Who will want to go to the Villarreal game now ?

After 20 away matches in the Champions League, Celtic's total of points gained is only a third of the points Rangers gained in their very first away match in the Champions League 16 years ago.

Yeh, but we were successful in Europe last season, a big difference to Celtic this season.

Sometimes after watching a match you sit back and wonder how a team managed to lose. Last night was one of those occasions. Talk about snatching defeat from the jaws of victory! I had just mentioned to my wife that that guy Kaka must be one of the worst Brazilians I'd ever seen when he popped up with that deflected goal and then went on to create havoc in the Celtic defence.

McDonald cried wolf once too often in claiming for a foul and he should take a lot of the blame for the loss of the first goal. I don't know if they were the worst team in the Champions League but they were certainly on a par with Kaunus and the way we played this season.

Remember how some of our Celtic-minded friends on here finish off their posts with the sign-off "YNWA" ?

Now I know what it stands for. "You'll never win away."

Unashamedly stolen from FF - a pie chart marking Celtic's fabulous away record in the Champions League :-
