why are ye going home?
why are ye going home?
the game isnae over!
why are ye going home?

Classic wee chant today from a few rows behind me, guess what point of the game? Yep your right, it was the 86th minute with fans streaming towards the exits despite the game being on a knife edge!

Serious question though, is this 'leaving early' thing restricted to the old firm or do fans of all clubs witness this strange ritual of fans leaving before the end of the game? I watch loads of football on telly and nowhere else do I see half empty stadiums when home teams are winning.

Yeh, that's perfectly understandable if you sit at the back of the stand, gary. At least you stay to the end. But it's the guys who leave the ground on auto pilot when the clock ticks over to 85 minutes, no matter the result, that just completely baffles me.
