At what stage am I allowed to start to believe that promotion may be on the cards for The Glens this season ? I've seen us fall apart too often in the past, but I really can't recall us being in such a good position as this at this stage of the season.
Today's 89th minute winner to give us a 2-1 win over St Anthony's puts us 6 points clear at the top of the league, albeit having played a game more than the 2nd and 3rd placed teams. And next week we have the chance to increase that lead, with Thorniewood on cup duty while we play Johnstone Burgh at home. The week after that we're away to the bottom side.
