Mark Brown aparently, according to Gordon Strachan. This is after losing 4 goals!

Is this his most stupid remark ever?

i dont think any manager is going to come out and stick the boot in his reserve keeper and make him the scapegoat.

personally i think we missed THG but i think the defence was to blame not the goalkeeper maybe its a knee jerk reaction for me but i dont feel mick should be guarenteed a place anymore hes not a good defender or captain material

There's a big difference between not sticking the boot in and making a completely ridiculous statement. I agree about C*ltic's central defence right enough, every time Aberdeen put a ball in the box C*ltic were struggling. I actually texted Nessie during the first half asking "how on earth did we fail to score agaist that defence?"

I'm assuming you mean morale

A moral thing would make you sound like Alltims

Strachan's also claiming that all four Aberdeen goals came from free kicks. The 3rd and 4th certainly did, but the first two goals were long distance free kicks which the Celtic defence dealt with but then switched off to the 2nd phase of open play.

And his coup de grace is that he's upset at the referee awarding Aberdeen's 3rd goal when the whistle had already gone for a foul - to Celtic apparently !

Revisionism at its best !

Give it a few weeks and he'll be casting that up as an example of refereeing bias against Celtic. Trust me, and it'll be reported in the papers as such as well.

I can't believe the fuss Strachan is making over that 3rd goal for Aberdeen. It was clearly a penalty that the referee was blowing for, how he could think it was a foul in Celtic's favour is simply stupid.

It's another example of how Celtic yell and scream and jump up and down making a lot of noise through their mhedia puppets when the slightest wee decision goes against them.

Goodness knows what we'd get if there was a genuine bad decision going against them the way Rangers have had several times this season. We're still waiting for the decisions to start levelling themselves out over the season, and we're nearly two thirds of the way through the season. Celtic are still 7 points ahead on that score. But do you hear anyone from Rangers demanding answers from the referees' chief ?
