We want your group experience here to be pleasant. It may not be if you get too much email. Here is what you need to do to change your e-mail setting. We would do it for you if we could , but only you can do it. The following is what you need to do:

1. Click on Member Tools (front page, bottom left)

2. Click on Check E-mail Setting

3. Under Messages choose the following options:

•     Inbox- all e-mail messages will go into your in-box
•     Daily Digest- you will be sent a compiled list of messages at the     end of the day in one large e-mail.
•     On the Web- you will only read the messages on-line.

We ask if you choose this option you will place us on your favorites for easy access to our site.

4. Click on Save Changes. (failure to do this will bring about no changes)
