This is a little embarrasing but is there any support information geared specifically toward women's menstrual cycles and their quit? This past several days have been harder than usual since I quit and I am starting to think that there is a connection to my monthly cylce. All week I have been an emotional wreck which of course is making me constantly want a cigarette, even more so then the first two weeks. After all, it has only been under four weeks since I quit and now this hormonal thing is happening and I am worried that it could break me and my quit. Any advice? Thank you, Ginger |
