Nope, can't do a rain dance.  I hope you get the much needed rain.  It just never fails, always too much or not enough.  We have had a few afternoon storms, but they come and go so quickly.  The lightning sure is pretty.

 

Yes summer has gone by rather quickly.  Or maybe it is just us, do you think?  Guess the older the faster time goes. 

 

The Olympics start this weekend, I look forward to the opening ceremonies.  I wonder if China will have fireworks.  If they do the display is for sure going to be spectacular.

You need to come on over to Louisiana.  We have had some nice rains and have had to mow often.  Everything is pretty and green right now.  What it will look like in a couple of weeks, Who knows.
