Kentucky Spoon Bread

Ingredients

 

 

1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

1 -8oz can whole kernel corn

1 -8oz can cream corn

1 -8oz container sour cream

1  stick butter

2  egss beaten

just a little sugar

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Procedure

Mix ALL the ingredients and put in a 2 1/2 quart casserole uncovered.

 

Bake at 350 degrees for apprx 45 mins or tillgolden brown.  This is easy and very tasty.  Hope you enjoy it.
