cook 3-4 potatos cool and slice Note*i like the little canned potatoes they don't mush up when you stir into the sauce.
Dressing:
4-5 slices of bacon diced and fried till crisp
remove bacon and drain.
reserve 2 tbls bacon fat
add 1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water 1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 tbl corn starch
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar or less if u don't like it so sweet
simmer for a couple mins til thickened add the sliced potato's keep warm til ready to serve
