Ingredients:
1 box Jiffy Cornbread mix
1- 8 oz can whole kernel corn (drained)
1- 8oz can cream corn
1- 8oz sour cream
1 stick butter (softened)
2 eggs beaten
just a bit of sugar
Mix all ingredients together, put in a 2 1/2 quart uncovered casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for apprx 45 mins.
Since ovens can vary in temp, this is done when the top is golden brown. This recipe is very easy and very good. Enjoy
