ITALIAN SHRIMP


Ingredients

 

3 lb. unpeeled headless shrimp, 2 tsp. oregano

rinsed and drained 2 tsp. rosemary

1 whole pod garlic, finely minced 1 tbsp. black pepper

1/2 to 1 c.olive oil 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce                                                   2 sticks butter, cut into pate

Procedure

Put drained shrimp into large flat baking dish or pan, Add olive oil butter, oregano, rosemary, garlic, Worcestershire, and black pepper. Bake at 350 until shrimp are done, about 30 minutes. Stir once while baking.
