Procedure
<DIR> In a large pot, saute onions, garlic, parsley and green onions in oleo until wilted. Wash shrimp well in cold water. Salt and pepper shrimp heavily. Add to butter and seasonings. Stir until all shrimp are coated. Turn fire to medium heat and cover pot. After 5 minutes stir well. Replace cover and cook 10 minutes without removing the cover. Turn fire off and let set for 5 minutes. Serve hot with warm crusty French bread.</DIR>
