Ingredients
<DIR> <DIR> 3 lbs. raw shrimp, peeled 3 tbsp. oil 1 large onion, chopped 2 1/2 c. water 2 pods garlic, chopped 1 c. uncooked rice 1 tbsp. flour salt and pepper (to taste)</DIR></DIR>

2 pods garlic, chopped 1 c. uncooked rice
1 tbsp. flour salt and pepper (to taste)
Procedure
Heat oil; stir in flour until golden brown. Add onions, garlic,and shrimp and cook slowly for 20 minutes. Add 2 1/2 cups water and 1 cup raw rice. Cook on medium heat until water is 3/4 gone. Cover and simmer on lowest heat for 20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
