Ugh, The older plastic mini blinds were made with lead in the formula. I hope these are the newer ones.
He did a job on them alright.

How on earth do you notice that stuff? I never see those little bitty details. Never look in the background of my pics. You will see dirt!!

No just that they bought him when he was 2 years old and Jim the owner said he has a bunch of dogs that demand all his time.He did say that he and his son could do anything with Sammy but Sammy only tolerated his wife.He is not sure of his age he said somewhere between 13 and 15 years old and he is not DNA sexed.

he is a pretty bird lots of color hope he gets a good home if you decide to adopthim Marty that would be so great leas he would have some toys to play with. I hate to see the birds without toys Fergie and Arnie didn't have any toys where I got them from terribly boring life mine where not even allowed to come out of their cage so bad for them not to get any excersize no wonder Arnie has liver/kidney problems he to fat also no seeds for him far awhile good thing he eats everything

Pat, my vet told me something once that was helpful in reducing a fat bird. If they can make an oil out of the food, don't feed it when trying to slim them down.
No peanuts, no safflower seeds, sunflower seeds and no corn. Of course, no olives. And watch the volume you give him. A bored bird may eat just because it's there.
