Mom just phoned to tell me that I am to celebrate all day today! It is one year today that she had surgery to remove a cancerous tumour from the ureter, right next to her kidney, and she is still doing well!! What a terrible, stressful time that was, and I am so grateful for the support all my Bird Brainz friends gave to me and my family! Today I'm saying prayers of thanksgiving, and for her to remain cancer free! Abby |
