Hi, I have 5 pair of hand picked breeding budgies, they live inside in a very large aviairy, complete with twisted and interesting vines and stuff to forage through, long stem grasses to fly in and climb up, and generally behave like happy, healthy budgies doing what they love best. I also have 5 hand raised youngsters loose in my bedroom, the 5 stooges. Ever try to put your makeup on with a budgie hanging from your forehead hair, peering into one eye upside down? or just sprayed your hair and have a couple budgies land in it? ha ha!! I've had them all 5 rush me like I'm a tree full of seed, shreaking at the top of their voices, nearly deafening me, landing all over me having a grand time to all rush off at the same time to land on the blinds. it's a real KICK!!! We love them to pieces. I have two more little porcupine looking babies I'm hand feeding, (just getting feather quills), they're soooo sweet and adorable. I'm afraid I'm not someone who can have just one budgie, I have to have an entire flock. and they're just adorable.   We also have canaries, finches, cockatoos, and cockatiels. and all of them are the loves of our lives.
