I don't know either, but I think it's something they do when they are relaxed and happy. When Gizmo does it, I know he's in a cuddly mood, and wants a head scratch. Dianne |

When it's the head, it probably means a head scritch is in order. When it's the whole body, it can either mean "get away from me because I'm the biggest, meanest bird on the block," or that it's time for a vigorous shake-out. The eyes give good clues as to which meaning it has. |
