No...They weren't out just for a photo OP. They were out there for play time and it is not cold out there. The porch is closed in with plexi-glass and even though it's 22 degrees F up in the yard. My back porch was 75 ..Nice and toasty.
Did you bring in a pan of it for them? Cyan really liked snow when he got a chance. He rolled in it, bit and threw it and had fun trying to hold it with his toes. I agree with Barb, that hill looks great for sledding.
We gave Abby a snowball and he was eating it. Mika threw her's to the floor...but what a great idea Linda I will have to do that the next time it snows.It all mealted today it was 57 here and tomorrow it's going to be just as warm, but I am making a mental note.
I could enjoy snow if it only lasted that long and got warm again. When we get snow, it stays for at least a few weeks - and it stays cold too. If you have dollar stores near you, they have these plastic trays about 4 inches deep and different lengths and width - suppose to store stuff in them and organize things (never happen here) but they work great for snow baths.
