I'm shifting all my posting to the new board.

 

 

I really love MSN, and it's hard to give it up...but I can hardly get a reply window to open these last few day.

I added a chat box on the side bar, wondering how everyone likes it.

I like it Sherry.  Maybe everyone is busy with holiday plans and will be back on after the new year starts.  Sure hope so, anyway!  Kathy

I have joined the new board, BBZToo, with three different passports and not one will let me sign in. I am going to have to give up. After trying 20+ times each day on each passport I am too frustrated to continue. Could a pop up blocker in Zone Alarm or my Spyware programs cause this? I am having trouble with a couple of other domains I joined, too.

Annie, please don't give up!  I would imagine that Zone Alarm could block sites, but I don't know.  We need help from a computer whiz, fast!  Kathy

Annie, have you tried going to Internet options and adding BB2 as a safe site?  You have something like blocked like cookies or another area blocked from allowing the cookies from setting in your computer.

Please do not give up!

I am SOOOOOOOOO  not ready to pull the plug on the last of my MSN groups!   I really don't like some person, sitting in some office somewhere, who came up with this lame idea.     My groups have scattered to four different places and the good things about all four of them combined still don't add up to how (usually) nice this is to use.

 

Oh...while I'm here....in the other board I can get most of the pages to open, but when I try to get to the general board sometimes the page won't do much of anything at all.  I get the stuff at the top, but nothing else.

And something else I HATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Since moving to other message boards, my spam emails on my main email address (the one I try to keep safe) have skyrocketed to around 100 a day.  Even though I have my alternate addresses listed in there.

I'm having trouble at the new board too.  It is locking up on me and and I don't like that a bit.  Maybe it's that new "shout Thingy" that's been added!  It has completely locked me up several times today. GRRRRRR!

I took the chat box off the site, please try it again to see if it makes a difference.   I was just trying it to see how it was liked.......There shouldn't have been any hacks or cookies saved from the chatbox so it shouldn't have caused any extra emails etc. I had started getting lots of junk when I signed up on Mulitply, the site MSN touted as a place to move when they decided to kill our groups.  Most of it stopped when I left that site.

There are still many many people still upset with them for getting rid of our groups.  I'm not sure i'll ever get all of the boards copied and saved....still working on that too.
