He called Sonya this morning. He leaves Iraq on Sep 17 and will have to be in Colorado for about 2 weeks, then home on Oct 1st, barring delays. He's counting the days. He's doing well. Said his group goes on night shift now and they are thrilled. Much cooler. Annie |

That's great news. Prayers that he will be safe between now and then, and that there are no delays in departure! |

That is wonderful news Annie!! Everyone in your family will rest easy once he is safe at home. Praying that God watches over him and protects him until he returns to his family. P.S. My nephew Michael came home in March!!! Yea!!! He and his fiance are getting married in Dec. Marti |

He has to be excited and going on the night shift will be so different and make the time go faster.... Keep us updated on all his news as I'm sure he'll have some stories to tell his mum. |

I know what a relief this has to be - I pray that all of them remain safe and sound until their return. |

I think that is the happiest news....the only second to that would be "The war is over". I'm so glad he'll be making that trip none too soon. We'll be praying for his safe return..and of everyone else too. |
