My brother and I have 2 budgies named Iris and Wheelie Iris is blue and Wheelie is a bright yellow!!!

when my dad took my little brother Ajay to pick out a budgie he likes trucks and tractors and just came up with the name Wheelie.I would like to have one of those GIf's but my mom said she doesn't know how to make them she would like to have one too  maybe someone could teach us
